Randy Jones es graduado de la Escuela de Derecho de la Universidad Marquette y egresado cum laude de UW-Milwaukee que ha pasado su carrera luchando por las personas que más lo necesitan. Desde hacer cumplir los estándares de seguridad para residentes de edad avanzada y discapacitados en el Departamento de Servicios de Salud de Wisconsin hasta liderar investigaciones de cumplimiento en SSM Health, Randy ha hecho responsables a instituciones poderosas en cada etapa de su carrera. Randy Jones obtuvo su Licenciatura en Ciencias Políticas, cum laude, de UW-Milwaukee antes de buscar su educación legal en la Escuela de Derecho de la Universidad Marquette, donde obtuvo su Juris Doctor. Durante la escuela de derecho, Randy se distinguió como receptor de la beca Thomas More y la beca William T. Gaus, mientras también ganó el 1er Lugar en la Competencia Intramural de Negociación. Demostró liderazgo y compromiso con la comunidad legal al servir como Vicepresidente tanto de la Sociedad de RAD como de la Sociedad de Derecho de la Salud.
Randy Jones ha construido una distinguida carrera legal sirviendo tanto al sector público como al privado. Pasó varios años como Abogado con el Departamento de Servicios de Salud de Wisconsin, donde representó a la agencia en audiencias justas, gestionó aproximadamente 45 asuntos administrativos anuales y aplicó las regulaciones estatales que protegen a los residentes de edad avanzada y discapacitados en instalaciones de vida asistida mientras defendía al Departamento en acciones contra instalaciones que no cumplían con los estándares de salud y seguridad.
Randy luego sirvió como Abogado de Cumplimiento para SSM Health – Dean Health Plan, donde guió el cumplimiento regulatorio, apoyó la expansión de productos en múltiples estados y lideró investigaciones de cumplimiento. Randy también ha ganado experiencia valiosa a través de trabajo de litigación y apelación en Stevens & Kuss, S.C., así como a través de posiciones con la EEOC, el Colegio Médico de Wisconsin y el Apoyo a la Manutención de Menores del Condado de Milwaukee.
Randy aporta amplia experiencia en derecho administrativo, cumplimiento regulatorio, derecho de la salud, litigación y resolución alternativa de disputas. Su trabajo destaca la dedicación a proteger a las poblaciones vulnerables y se alinea con la misión de la firma de abogar por las personas dañadas por negligencia.
Fuera del trabajo, Randy disfruta de senderismo, ciclismo, pesca y deportes de motor.
