These Official Terms & Conditions (“Official Rules”) govern promotional giveaways (“Giveaways”) conducted by Pemberton Personal Injury Law Firm (“Pemberton” or “Sponsor”) through its official website.

By entering a Giveaway, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Eligibility

Giveaways are open to legal residents of Wisconsin who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees of Pemberton Personal Injury Law Firm, individuals directly involved in administering the Giveaways, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible to participate.

No purchase, payment, legal consultation, or attorney-client relationship is required to enter or win. Current, former, and prospective clients may participate, provided they otherwise meet the eligibility requirements.

Giveaways are void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter

To enter, participants must visit the official Giveaway webpage on Pemberton Personal Injury Law Firm’s website during the applicable entry period and complete the online entry form.

Participants may be asked to provide their name, email address, telephone number, and other information reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway.

• Limit one (1) entry per person per Giveaway.
• Entries must be received before the applicable entry deadline.
• Incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, automated, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.
• Entries submitted outside the designated entry period will not be considered.
• Participants may enter multiple separate Giveaways, provided they meet the eligibility requirements for each.

No social media purchase, follow, share, or engagement is required unless expressly identified as an optional promotional activity that does not affect the odds of winning.

3. Giveaway Periods

Each Giveaway will have its own designated entry period, winner selection date, and prize package.

The applicable dates and prize descriptions are identified in the Current Giveaway Schedule below.

All entry deadlines are based on Central Time (CT).

Pemberton reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel a Giveaway when necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected for each Giveaway through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable entry period.

The potential winner will be selected on or approximately the date identified in the Giveaway Schedule.

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or telephone number provided during entry.

To claim the prize:

• The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial notification.
• The potential winner may be required to verify eligibility, identity, and contact information.
• The potential winner must provide any information reasonably necessary for prize fulfillment, including a valid mobile telephone number and mailing address.
• Failure to respond, verify eligibility, or provide necessary fulfillment information may result in forfeiture of the prize.

If a potential winner is disqualified, cannot be reached, or fails to claim the prize within the designated period, Pemberton may select an alternate winner through another random drawing.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each Giveaway.

5. Prizes

Each Giveaway will award the prize package specifically identified in the Current Giveaway Schedule.

Prizes may include, but are not limited to:

• Tickets to University of Wisconsin athletic events.
• Pregame experiences, early-entry opportunities, or field passes.
• Event parking passes.
• Autographed sports memorabilia.
• Customized Wisconsin Athletics merchandise.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one (1) prize package will be awarded per Giveaway.

Prizes have no cash redemption value and may not be exchanged for cash. Prizes are non-transferable except where permitted by Sponsor and applicable ticketing rules.

Pemberton reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component of comparable or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Customized merchandise may be subject to university, manufacturer, or licensing restrictions, including limitations on names, numbers, sizes, and availability.

Prize recipients are responsible for any expenses not expressly included in the prize package, including transportation, lodging, meals, incidental expenses, and applicable taxes.

6. Prize Delivery and Fulfillment

Game tickets, parking passes, and electronic credentials may be delivered digitally through the applicable university ticketing platform.

Winners may be required to provide a valid mobile telephone number and complete additional steps to accept transferred tickets.

Physical prizes, including autographed memorabilia and customized merchandise, may be shipped to the winner’s designated mailing address.

Prize fulfillment may be coordinated by Pemberton Personal Injury Law Firm, Wisconsin Athletics, or authorized fulfillment partners.

Delivery dates may vary based on product availability, customization requirements, and shipping schedules.

Pemberton is not responsible for delivery delays or errors caused by incorrect information provided by the winner.

7. Event Attendance and Restrictions

Tickets, parking passes, and special-access credentials are subject to all applicable venue policies, university regulations, ticketing terms, and event restrictions.

Winners and their guests are responsible for complying with all event rules and policies.

Pregame experiences, early entry, field access, and similar benefits may be subject to additional eligibility, safety, security, scheduling, or operational requirements.

Event dates, times, opponents, venues, and associated experiences may change.

If an event is postponed, canceled, rescheduled, or otherwise modified, Pemberton will make reasonable efforts to communicate available options but cannot guarantee replacement tickets, experiences, or compensation.

8. Publicity and Promotional Use

Pemberton may request permission to announce or feature a winner’s first name, last initial, city, photograph, or prize-related experience on its website, social media accounts, or other promotional materials.

Any use of a winner’s photograph, likeness, or testimonial for promotional purposes will be subject to applicable law and any additional consent required.

Acceptance of a prize does not require the winner to provide a testimonial, review, endorsement, or recommendation of Pemberton’s legal services.

9. Privacy and Communications

Personal information collected in connection with a Giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, and fulfill prizes.

Information necessary for prize fulfillment may be shared with Wisconsin Athletics, ticketing providers, shipping partners, or other authorized service providers.

Any optional enrollment in marketing communications will be handled separately from Giveaway entry and will not affect eligibility or chances of winning.

Participation does not create an attorney-client relationship with Pemberton Personal Injury Law Firm.

Entrants should not submit confidential legal or case-related information through the Giveaway entry form.

10. General Conditions

Pemberton reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules, submits fraudulent information, attempts to manipulate the entry process, or interferes with the fair administration of a Giveaway.

Pemberton is not responsible for technical errors, internet interruptions, incomplete submissions, lost communications, or other issues beyond its reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pemberton and participating promotional partners are not responsible for losses, damages, or injuries arising from participation in a Giveaway or the use of a prize, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

11. Social Media Disclaimer

Giveaways may be promoted through Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or other social media platforms.

Entrants acknowledge that they are providing their entry information to Pemberton Personal Injury Law Firm rather than to the social media platforms through which a Giveaway may be promoted.

Such participation does not alter the eligibility requirements or Official Rules unless expressly stated.

13. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

14. Acceptance of Official Rules

By submitting an entry, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules.

Pemberton’s decisions regarding eligibility, entry validation, and winner selection are final, subject to applicable law.

CURRENT GIVEAWAY SCHEDULE

The following details apply to the individual Giveaways identified below. All general Official Rules above remain in effect for each Giveaway.

Giveaway 1: Wisconsin Football vs. Minnesota

Event Date: November 27, 2026

Entry Period: October 26, 2026, through November 16, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central Time.

Winner Selection: November 17, 2026.

Prize Package:

• Four (4) tickets to the Wisconsin vs. Minnesota football game.
• Pregame field passes.
• One (1) parking pass.
• One (1) autographed football.
• One (1) customized Wisconsin football jersey featuring a name and number, subject to applicable customization restrictions.

Number of Winners: One (1)

The winner must provide a valid mobile telephone number for digital ticket delivery and a mailing address for physical prize fulfillment.

Giveaway 2: Wisconsin Basketball vs. Illinois

Event Date: January 2, 2027

Entry Period: November 30, 2026, through December 21, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central Time.

Winner Selection: December 22, 2026.

Prize Package:

• Four (4) tickets to the Wisconsin vs. Illinois basketball game.
• Pregame early-entry access.
• One (1) parking pass.
• One (1) autographed basketball.
• One (1) customized Wisconsin basketball jersey featuring a name and number, subject to applicable customization restrictions.

Number of Winners: One (1)

The winner must provide a valid mobile telephone number for digital ticket delivery and a mailing address for physical prize fulfillment.

Additional Giveaways

Pemberton Personal Injury Law Firm may conduct additional Wisconsin Athletics Giveaways under these Official Rules. Each new Giveaway will identify its applicable entry period, winner selection date, eligibility exceptions (if any), and prize package before entries are accepted.
