The Fourth of July is one of the most dangerous holidays on Wisconsin roads, with alcohol-related crashes responsible for over 38% of traffic deaths during the weekend. This sobering statistic is a reminder to celebrate responsibly.
To help reduce drunk driving and encourage safer celebrations this Independence Day, Pemberton Personal Injury Law Firm is providing free Lyft rides — worth up to $20 — for eligible Wisconsin residents on July 4th.

When someone gets behind the wheel after drinking, they put innocent lives at risk. With revelers celebrating America’s independence, this holiday is one of the most dangerous nights to be on the road. Impaired driving spikes over the Fourth of July, with fatal crashes 25% higher than average — yet many still take the risk instead of choosing a safe ride home.
To help prevent one of the most common causes of fatal crashes, Pemberton Personal Injury Law Firm is offering free sober rides across Wisconsin. The goal is to keep the roads safe and help everyone get home alive.
“Helping people avoid a DUI is just as important as representing victims after a crash. The heartbreak and devastation drunk driving accidents cause are entirely preventable. If one ride saves a life, this effort will be worth every penny, and we’re happy to do our part to prevent these tragedies.”
– William Pemberton, Owner and Founding Attorney.
