Randy Jones is a Marquette University Law School graduate and cum laude alumnus of UW-Milwaukee who has spent his career fighting for people who need it most. From enforcing safety standards for elderly and disabled residents at the Wisconsin Department of Health Services to leading compliance investigations at SSM Health, Randy has held powerful institutions accountable at every stage of his career. Education, Honors, and Leadership
Randy Jones earned his B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from UW–Milwaukee before earning his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School. During law school, Randy received the Thomas More Scholarship and William T. Gaus Scholarship and earned first place in the Intramural Negotiation Competition. He demonstrated leadership and commitment to the legal community by serving as Vice President of both the ADR Society and the Health Law Society.
Professional Experience
Randy Jones has built a distinguished legal career serving both public and private sectors. Randy spent several years as an attorney with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services. He represented the agency in fair hearings, managed approximately 45 administrative matters annually, and enforced regulations protecting elderly and disabled residents in assisted-living facilities.
Randy then served as Compliance Attorney for SSM Health – Dean Health Plan, where he guided regulatory adherence, supported multi-state product expansion, and led compliance investigations. Randy has also gained valuable experience through litigation and appellate work at Stevens & Kuss, S.C., as well as through positions with the EEOC, Medical College of Wisconsin, and Milwaukee County Child Support.
