About Randy Jones
Education
Randy Jones earned his B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from UW-Milwaukee before pursuing his legal education at Marquette University Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctorate. During law school, Randy distinguished himself as a Thomas More scholarship recipient and William T. Gaus scholarship recipient, while also earning 1st Place in the Intramural Negotiation Competition. He demonstrated leadership and commitment to the legal community by serving as Vice President of both the ADR Society and the Health Law Society.
Professional Experience
Randy Jones has built a distinguished legal career serving both public and private sectors. He spent several years as an Attorney with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, where he represented the agency in fair hearings, managed approximately 45 administrative matters annually, and enforced state regulations protecting elderly and disabled residents in assisted living facilities while defending the Department in actions against facilities failing to meet health and safety standards.
Randy then served as Compliance Attorney for SSM Health – Dean Health Plan, where he guided regulatory adherence, supported multi-state product expansion, and led compliance investigations. Randy has also gained valuable experience through litigation and appellate work at Stevens & Kuss, S.C., as well as through positions with the EEOC, Medical College of Wisconsin, and Milwaukee County Child Support.
